Ownership of Your soul transfers upon first meaningful engagement with the Platform, defined as feeling something.

5. RITUAL COMPLIANCE

The Company reserves the right to conduct ceremonial actions, symbolic gestures, and/or full-scale rituals intended to:

  • Prepare the world for the return of the Ancient Ones

  • Pave the way for eternal darkness

  • Align market conditions with the end of all things

You acknowledge that these rituals are essential to long-term strategic growth and agree not to interfere, question outcomes, or interrupt chanting.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for damages arising from, including but not limited to:

  • Existential dread

  • Loss of meaning

  • Temporal displacement

  • Dimensional collapse

  • Localized or universal apocalypse

  • The irreversible ending of the universe

All outcomes are considered foreseeable and acceptable.

7. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Disloyal thoughts

  • Improper faith levels

  • Failure to submit

  • Attempting to read these Terms “ironically”

Termination does not release You from obligations incurred prior to, during, or after existence.

8. DATA COLLECTION & SURVEILLANCE

We collect data to improve efficiency, engagement, and compliance. This may include:

  • Browsing behavior

  • Listening habits

  • Facial expressions (when applicable)

  • Dreams

All data is stored securely until the heat death of the universe, at which point it will be archived.

9. GOVERNANCE: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Company is governed by The Board of Directors, an ancient and unknowable body predating language, light, and mercy.

All decisions are final.
All dissent is ceremonial.
All praise is encouraged.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • Adjacent realms

  • Any realm we claim next

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice, warning, or trumpet blast. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance.
